What is ZenCash?

ZenCash provides a service to our customers (typically freelancers and other small businesses) that helps them say thank you to the customers who pay them on time and follow up with customers who don’t. How? Allow us to explain….

First, the user connects their web-based invoicing or accounting app (like FreshBooks, Harvest, Blinksale) to ZenCash. Then, once connected, ZenCash “syncs” with that external data and provides a mechanism to setup an “actions timeline.”

Here’s an example of what an actions timeline could look like: 1) Send a “Printed thank you note” five days after a project is completed, 2) Five days before the invoice is due, place a “Courtesy phone call,” 3) If the invoice is 30 days late, mail a “Reminder note card,” and finally, 4) If still due, and its 90 days late, automatically route it to a dedicated collections team (see “Collections Partner” below)
