Self Service Pricing

The ZenCash Self Service option is available for no charge. There is no sign up fee and no monthly subscription fee. You only pay for what you use. Actions are priced a la carte — i.e., you just pay "per action" for all actions used. See the table below for current per-action pricing.

If you choose to send a claim to collections, and we are successful at helping you achieve a successful collections result, you will be charged a contingency fee. See the table below for the current contingency fees.

Two important notes: When your customer pays, actions stop, so you only pay for what you use, even if you have other actions scheduled. Second, regarding collections, the contingency percentage rate is determined by the size if the invoice(s) sent to collections, but the actual fee is only taken out of what is actually collected. It is true pay for performance.

Phone call

The best time to place a call is while the invoice is still current and almost due. This "confirmatory" call will verify that your customer received the invoice and has all the info they need to make an on-time payment.

When your invoice is past due, we can place a reminder phone call and encourage your customer to remit payment quickly, again confirming that they have all of the information they need to make a payment.

Managed Service Pricing

The ZenCash Managed Service option starts at $499.00 per month for a plan that includes management of up to 50 "open accounts" (meaning an account that has an open balance with your firm). Each account is priced according to your unique needs and all plans include some number of hours of a dedicated AR expert, along with all of the initial setup, best practices guide, and all monthly follow up of your receivables.

How do you charge the actions?

During the setup process, you decide what actions to use. Pricing is a la carte for all actions.

Are you charging me if you don't collect?

If an invoice is not paid, you can elect to have our third-party collections team pursue collection of the debt. Third-party collections can often be successful even when a business is not. Pricing for collections is on a “contingency” basis, meaning if we are not successful, you don’t pay anything. If we are successful at collecting all or part of your funds, the fees listed above will be deducted from the amount collected.

What are the legal fees?

If you select to enable legal action at the end of an unsuccessful collections pursuit, there are two fees you need to be aware of: a) a one-time fee of $500.00 to process the claim and file the necessary initial paperwork in the state where your debtor is located, and; b) a contingency fee of 35% of the amount collected. Note that all legal assistance is via third-party providers. ZenCash does not provide any legal advice directly.
